The numerical model used in this study was RMA-10 (King, 2013), a three-dimensional finite element model for stratified flow. It generates the results of the hydrodynamics model simulations. These model simulations can allow us to assess sediment transport, severity and locations of floods (sea level, storm surge inundation and Tsunami) both spatially and temporally.
